Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pk15 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts.
pk15 employs automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any bonuses or winnings accrued through duplicate accounts will be voided.

Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and selected payment method. Funds deposited on the Platform must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity constitutes potential money laundering behaviour and will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by pk15 are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence. pk15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Bonuses awarded by pk15 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game categories are specified in each individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
pk15 maintains the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, in cases where we reasonably determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bets placed on the pk15 sportsbook are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Help section of the Platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including pricing clearly inconsistent with market rates at the time — pk15 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes. All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are not influenced by pk15 or any third party. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. All content on the pk15 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, text, images, trademarks, logos, game assets, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk15 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pk15 Platform without prior written consent from pk15.
pk15 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. pk15's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that User's pk15 account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk15's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
pk15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: suspected fraud, prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7, failure to satisfy KYC requirements, breach of these Terms, or for any other business reason deemed sufficient by pk15. Upon account closure, any genuine balance remaining (subject to wagering requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigation) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where reasonably practicable.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pk15 support. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Note that account closure does not automatically constitute self-exclusion from all marketing communications — separate marketing opt-out may be required.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk15 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk15 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting pk15 support.
